In this interactive course participants will gain insights and awareness about the therapeutic roots of coaching. Discovering the parallels of ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics to some key contemporary counseling models will empower both new and seasoned coaches to strengthen their coaching effectiveness. This course includes live coaching demonstrations and outside resources to strengthen participants’ ability to apply and utilize the content as well as promote an enhanced learning experience.

Discover the parallels of ICF Core Competencies and contemporary counseling models.
Reflect on the Code of Ethics to ensure we practice within our coaching professions and refer when necessary.
